
About Me
My professional journey with Apple began in 2009 when I started as an Apple Technician, specializing in hardware repairs for Oracle Macintosh and Byte Computers, two Apple Service Providers. While I enjoyed the technical challenges of fixing Macs, I discovered an even greater passion for connecting with people and providing in-person support.
I then joined Vancouver-based consulting firm Macinhome before taking on a role as a Genius at the Apple Store in Coquitlam. During my four years there, I gained invaluable experience handling a wide variety of unique situations, honing my skills in both customer service and technical problem-solving.
After my time at Apple, I transitioned into roles as an IT manager and bookkeeper for Apple-based organizations. These positions allowed me to deepen my expertise in Apple ecosystems while also expanding my knowledge to include managing Windows machines, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
Today, my true passion lies in helping people unlock the full potential of their Apple products. Whether it’s troubleshooting issues or enhancing productivity, I’m here to ensure you get the most out of your technology.
